I just wanted to share my thoughts on a really good experience I had with a mens clothing store, Munns, in Botany, Auckland, New Zealand.

About 18 months ago purchased a new suit from this store. I recall that the staff were both very professional and helpful. After a couple of alterations to the suit, I walked out feeling very happy with my purchase. The whole experience had been quite positive. Over the last few months, I have done all that I can to take good care of the suit.

About 4 weeks ago, it became obvious that there was a problem developing. The suit had some dark blue pin stripe lines running down it. However, the lines on the pants had changed from blue to a light yellow. While this was not a problem without the jacket, it was a problem when wearing the full suit as it looked like I was wearing two suits. I was a bit concerned as I had not kept a copy of the reciept.

I took the suit into Munns and showed them what had happened and also explained that I no longer had any proof of purchase. They took the suit and sent it off to the manufacturer to get them to take a look at it. The great thing is that today they got me to go into the store to try on a new suit. The new suit is now being altered and I will have it back in a couple of days.

I would like to thank Munn’s for their great customer service. I could not recommend them highly enough. Well done!
